JYJ Recognized As World Class Artists By Americans

TVXQ members JYJ (Kim Jaejoong, Park Yoochun, Kim Junsu) appeared on the cover of the internationally influential “Billboard” magazine, with the pre-orders being completely sold out before it’s release on October 30.

It is a very rare thing for even famous singers in America to appear as models for the cover of “Billboard”. JYJ’s new worldwide album ‘The Beginning’ received massive responses, hence increasing their musical appraisal and earning their invitation from “Billboard”.

To appear on the cover, a process of majority agreement from all members of the editing department must strictly review and agree upon the choice. There is a need for an artist that has similar power and influence over the industry as the magazine does, which means that JYJ has officially received the recognition from harsh American critics of the industry.

Beautiful like a flower, and smell as nice as a flower.... the slender beautiful lad who stands out like a character from the shoujo manga, is Changmin!

The staff suggested to completely unbutton his shirt. Due to this, Changmin was very shy and rejected strongly, 'No no, It's okay to have my shirt buttoned!' However, he compromised halfway. (laughs) 'I don't usually let people see that!' In the end he still showed a bit of his physical beauty. Undoubtedly, he is a 'flowery boy'.

'No, it is not like that. My female friends have never told me that, maybe because I am not that popular...'

Seeing him being so modest, Ninagawa san told him, '(You) become more mature if compared to the past.' 'This really makes me happy.' Changmin said.

'I have indeed changed a little. Even though I still can't be considered as aggresive, but I've begun to realise that I need to express my feelings straightforwardly to the girl I like. I will be very careful before I confess to her. I will take into consideration of the character, moral values and lifestyle, to see whether we can get along well. Saying 'I love you' when meeting for the first time, this is most probably attracted only by the appearance. I was like that before, but there are many beautiful girls in this world! So I would like to find someone who can match perfectly with me.'

Even so, (you) will still have an idea about how's the appearance of the girl you prefer, right?

'If compared to the innocent and cute type of girls, I admire the beautiful women more. There are many criteria to be fulfilled in the requirements of my ideal type, but if I reveal too much, I will become the enemy of women. (laughs) The criteria that I insist on are the girls who have correct manners, girls who like sports and with active and lively personality. Maybe other people will think that I am too greedy, but I still hope that she can try to understand me. I don't mind about the age difference though. I ever said that I admire someone like Takeuchi, and recently I saw a poster of Aragaki Yui. I was suprised to see her becomes more mature, I feel "Whoa... she is really beautiful!". Frankly speaking, I do pay attention to many people.' (laughs)

Not only this has changed. 'If I have to fight over to get the girl I like, then I will just give up now. But if that person can make me do like that, and makes me want to make her mine, I will not meet with her again. Because she makes me feel that I have to go after her, and fall for her. If I meet with her again, I won't be able to control myself.'

'I want to date someone!' Changmin said like this. 'During work, I will suddenly think of "What is she doing now?" , and when eating I will think of "This is so delicious, I should bring her along next time." I want to have more time on such 'fall in love time'. I want to be in a relationship with her for a long time, and maintain the feelings of falling in love and continue to live like this. For me, love and relationships have positive influence on work, so I really want to get into a relationship with someone.'

Then, what is important in a relationship from your point of view?

'To tolerate each other. I do not easily quarrel with someone, but if I quarrel with my girlfriend, I will purposely lose to her.'

'I don't think you will do that!' said a staff who suddenly interruped the interview. Changmin smiled bitterly and said,'Honestly, it's like that...'

'But this have to be carry on. Regardless of my ex-girlfriend or the people around me, they have always said that I often keep things to myself. If compared to express verbally, I prefer to be the one who listen. Even if I have problems, I will think of it is better to have only one person to worry about it. I think this is not really a good thing, so I want to correct it... But for me, to correct it is really difficult. Maybe this is only an unnecessary sense of responsibility but I don't want my girlfriend to become worried over my troubled look. My parents ever said to me too, why I didn't tell them about the matters that troubled me. But I was like that since young, I overcome the hardships bit by bit myself. In contrary, I would like my girlfriend to be more rely on me.'

According to Changmin, he wants to get married when he is 30 years old. 'I want to build a warm and harmonious family. Now I am still staying with Yunho, but I think we are going to live separately soon. Yunho is already 25 years old, then I think it is better for us to stay separately. I have never live alone before, so I want to try it.'

Ninagawa's point of view

I took photographs of him one year ago, now he becomes more mature. Although he is still the 'forever youngest member' who is sincere and pure, but he has now grown into a man. He is young yet he has great tolerance. When the photo shoot began, he showed us his great diversity of facial expressions ranging from cutesy to maturity. Regardless of how beautiful the appearance is, it is the maturity that counts in men. Maybe this is the characteristic of the Korean men. In contrary, I hope the Japanese men will work harder to it.

SM Entertainment Withdraws Their Preliminary Injunction Against JYJ

SM Entertainment’s preliminary injunction against JYJ (Kim Jaejoong, Kim Junsu and Park Yoochun) to prohibit the sales of their first global album, The Beginning, has been withdrawn.

On October 27th, JYJ’s PR Agency Prain said, “On October 21st, through the Seoul Central District Court, SM Entertainment withdrew their preliminary injunction to prohibit the sales of JYJ’s first album, The Beginning.”

SM Entertainment filed the injunction on October 12th believing that JYJ had signed an exclusive contract with CJeS Entertainment which would cause a dual contract situation.

However, CJeS is the agency that JYJ hired to handle their management work just like Prain has been hired to handle JYJ’s PR.

JYJ Showed an Exceptional Performance at 2010 East Asia Feiyang Concert

Group JYJ on the 23rd at 19:45 appeared to offer a passionate stage at ’2010 East Asia Feiyang Concert’ held in Shanghai, China at Hongkou Soccer Field Stadium.

Despite the rain that was falling hard during the concert, Youngwoong Jaejoong sang with his whole heart. On the day, JYJ showed an exceptional teamwork and received huge cheers from fans looking from the many fanchant goods appeared on the show.

[NEWS] 101022 TVXQ’s Yunho is not cast for “Poseidon” yet

After earlier reports of TVXQ’s Yunho being cast for drama “Poseidon,” representatives of SM Entertainment have clarified that there is “nothing decided as of yet.”

The National Maritime Police Agency previously uploaded videos of Yunho alongside Kim Kang Woo and Eric, receiving training from the Incheon special forces. Reportedly, it showed cast members training for the drama.

However, on October 22nd, SM Entertainment stated, “He received a casting offer from ‘Poseidon’ and visited the scene to test it out and meet with the others. There is nothing definite regarding his casting.”

Actors often go through a meeting with the production team in order to find out more details about the drama and certain characters. Yunho participated in such a meeting but did not extend the discussion to a casting confirmation.

Yunho is currently broadening his acting experience by playing the role of Lee Shin in the musical rendition of “ Goong.”

JYJ ‘Munsan Document’ Turns to be ‘Official Document’

Korean Federation of Pop Culture and Art Industry (KFPCAI) (here after Munsan) on last October 13th sent out official letters of request to three public broadcasting stations MBC, SBS KBS, as well as cable broadcasting station, and other various online album distribution sites to refrain JYJ from making appearances on shows and halt album sales.

This letter of request seems to be in conform with SM Entertainment’s action on the 8th, that was filing a provisional injunction application to Seoul Central Distric Court against JYJ exclusive contract and to ban the sales of their first world wide album ‘The Beginning’, after this news became widely known, it’s been caused a considerable stir into the already high-tense situation.

Mass media reported the issue as “For JYJ who just make a comeback, this is definitely going to be an undesirable ‘reef’ to threaten their future activities”.

Chairman of Munsan clarified this issue that is accused on them, “Rather than memorandum, the document letter is merely just a request.” as he said through interview with press media, “We sent request with each broadcaster name printed on the letter to restrain the appearance of JYJ, it’s not even an official document sent massively like it’s been known.”

Kim Junsu Won Rookie Award As ‘Mozart’ Actor

Yesterday, Oct. 18 at 19:30, Kim Junsu beat his counterparts ‘Sopyonje’ Kim Tae Hoon, ‘Mozart’ Park Eun Tae, and ‘Phantom of The Opera’ Jung Sang Hyun to win the rookie award at 16th Korea Musical Award held in KBS Hall in Seoul, South Korea.

Other than Kim Junsu, the actors from ‘Billy Elliot’ musical were also jointly awarded as best rookies namely Kim Se Yong, Lee Ji Myung, Im Seon Woo, and Jeong Jin Hoo.

Kim Junsu, “To be given such big prize, I want to start spreading this grateful to my Godfather. I also want to express my gratitude to EMK representative Um Hong Hyun and all ‘Mozart!’ staffs and actors. To me who is unfamiliar to musical, Park Eun Tae hyung taught me a lot thus I want to say all thanks to him as well. At first I felt hesitated to receive this musical offer. JYJ Showcase in Singapore

The showcase tonight was awesome!!! A total of 6 songs had been performed - Empty, Be The One, Be My Girl, Chajatta, Ayyy girl and Empty remix.

They wore in white outfits when performing the opening song - Empty. Jaejoong's upper body was only covered by a white blazer with nothing underneath. I couldn't really tell what kind of fashion style Junsu's outfit was, it exposed half of his back. Yoochun was the furthest one from me so I forgot what he wore. When performing the last song, Yoochun asked us to stand up. Everyone went high singing along with them. When the event was over, Yoochun told us that he was suprised to see so many fans, and if there is a chance, maybe can hold a concert here next year. The whole venue erupted in deafening squeals. Lastly, Yoochun shouted 'always keep the faith'. The fans were screaming loudly again. This time we also formed a green coloured 'W' as a form of support. But my eyes only fixed on them, so I didn't see it.

Initially I bought a C category ticket which is a tiered seat. I didn't manage to snatch a VIP ticket so I don't want to spend money buying an A category ticket. However the organiser is avaricious and additional AA seats were added on both sides of the stage. So my friend and I paid the shortage amount and changed to AA cat ticket. I was sitting on the left side of the stage. The first row was just 3 meters away from the stage. I was in third row. The disadvantage was I got lesser chance to see straight in their faces, but the good thing was I managed to get a glimpse of the backstage. When the host was still talking, three of them were already standing by behind the stage. I ignored the host completely since I focused on Jaejoong. When the showcase ended, I rushed to the area which is nearest to backstage just to see them.

When Jaejoong was singing Ayyy Girl, he danced while facing towards us, he was doing the same too in the first song. Maybe he noticed that there were many JJ biased fans in this area since our screaming was ear-splitting. Haha... I can guarantee that Jaejoong saw me and we exchanged glances! I was on cloud nine... really...there were bubbles of happiness bubbling in my heart. I can't guarantee that Yoochun saw me, but I think he did. When performing the last song, Jaejoong was standing on the right side of the stage almost throughout the entire song, so it was Yoochun who faced towards us. His collar bones were exposed, genuine sexiness! Haha... Junsu mostly moved in the middle of the stage throughout the whole event.

During the interaction with fans, the host requested the members to demonstrate dance steps. Yoochun and Jaejoong unanimously said: Junsu! Haha~ So Junsu ended up with twisting his body in front of everyone. The suprised look on the translator's face that captured on the big screen was very funny. Speaking about the translator, either he was too nervous or his Korean is not that fluent, his accent is weird. Yoochun laughed boldly at him. Haha~ In the end Yoochun just translated directly what the host said in English to Junsu and Jaejoong.

Jaejoong seemed depressed this time. I feel sad for him. During the interaction session, very often he passed his opportunity to speak to the other two, while himself remained in silence. The host later asked a question on behalf of a fan - their ideal type of girls. Junsu said he likes extroverted girls. I forgot about Yoochun's answers. Jaejoong kept silent for a long time... Then somebody shouted 'Yunho' from behind. My expression was frozen. Jaejoong in the end still answered that he likes girls with pretty hands. When the host asked him whether there's any thing he wanted to add, Jaejoong kept shaking his head. But in the end he was forced out with one sentence: The most important thing is to love him. He smiled lesser this time, he smiled at most two or three times when he was dancing and during the interaction with fans.

There were 2 VCR shown. One is recorded when they were in America, the other one is about their pursuits and dreams. Junsu said he wants to sing on stage. Jaejoong said: 'I know I can't sing forever, so I try to do something else. Then if it is possible, I maybe go on like this.' I forgot about what Yoochun said again, please don't be angry at me for my heart was broken by Jaejoong's words. My tears nearly fall down when I heard that. I was writing this fanaccount in my phone on my way back home, my eyes teared up every time I recall what he had said.

I went out at 8 o'clock this morning and only managed to reach home after 12 midnight. I took 2 photos in airport, then went to hotel to stalk on them in the afternoon. When I thought they were about to come out, they were already gone by using the other exit. The showcase began in the evening. Many things had happened but they were worth of it. I only feel distressed for them - Jaejoong in depressed mood, Yoochun becomes skinnier, and although Junsu is not as thin as those two, but undoubtly he is going through tough times.

That's all. Please forgive me for writing so much about Jaejoong because I am really JJ biased. But I have to state clearly that I love 5 of them, just Jaejoong a bit more.

The Power of Cassiopeian Faith

Almost 8 years ago a group of five stars was born, like a new born star, they’re fragile, amateur and yet so promising, later on these five stars gain recognition not only on their planetary system but also gain reputation on the neighbouring celestial system, time passed by and the gravitational pull of these stars become heavier and more powerful. These five stars through the years attracted a great sum of cosmic matter/stars causing the birth of a new and large constellation in the universe that is later on named “Cassiopeia”  I’m a proud Cassie, each and every time someone would ask me who’s your favourite artist/singer? I always have only one answer and that’s TVXQ, for a long while now, we haven’t heard much of them, the curtain closed, the lights turned off, and the fandom was emptied, yes maybe emptied by audiences but still the place is still full of euphoria, I can still hear the silent holler of every fan reverberating in my ears, so loud yet so melodious; some have left, but the majority remain, wishing, hoping, expecting that someday they will merge again, some are  uncertain, some are upset, yet many believed, I’m I a worthy cassie? I’ve asked this same question to myself more than a thousand times. What does it takes to be a 100% certified Cassiopeia? Whether you believe it or not the answer is very simple, and that can be seen on how you keep your faith, Keeping someone’s faith does not end on saying this words frequently nor by typing this word on every status we post on the net, the strongest link that bridges us cassie to tvxq is our Faith, someone once ask me “What is your assurance that they will reform again?” my answer is “nothing”, then why are you still believing and hoping that they will reunite if you don’t have any assurance? My answer is “It’s because of my undying Faith” he asked, is Faith alone enough? I replied, having nothing but faith maybe weak, having faith alone may gave me a little possibility of succeeding, but for someone who does not have it, there’s nothing achievable, Faith is isn’t faith if we stop believing it... Our faith is so vulnerable, it’s subjected to any attack; physically, mentally, emotionally. In each and every day of our lives we live a life that fulfilled with a never-ending faith in our heart, sadly few already left, had their faith broken, maybe because they have found another one where they can show their adoration, a new one they will look up to, but happily many continues to believe, and kept their Faith, until now, until when? No one knows, what’s important is we should never question or doubt our Faith... I myself admit that my Faith was shaken for a few times already but my pure admiration and devotion prevail, I remember one fellow cassie compares being a cassie to someone single yet unavailable person, hehehe, this is funny yet true, there’s an empty room on every Cassiopeian hearts that only they can fulfil, in the end, It a long and winding road ahead, that’s the path they have to trek, there’s no turning back anymore, there’s only one way, all the way to the top... with all Cassiopeian ready to back them up, there is no other place they will rather be but on the top... TVXQ is Five Forever and Forever is TVXQ...
